He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Crete at Rethymno (2004), M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the USA (2006) and a PhD in Agricultural and Natural Resources Economics from the University of California-Berkley from the US (2011). He has 6 publications in refereed journals and 12 publications in international scientific conferences.

Research Interests: Economics of Innovation, Intellectual Property Rights, Industrial Organization.
