He is an Assistant Professor in Dairy Science, within the Department of Food Science & Human Nutrition, Agricultural University of Athens. He obtained a 5-year Diploma and MSc in Food Science and Technology from the Agricultural University of Athens and a PhD at the Technical University of Compiègne (FR). He has more than 30 years of experience in research in dairy food technology. More than 100 publications in the context of milk products science and technology have been presented in international journals, national / international conferences and symposia. He is a member of scientific committees, referee in journals and member of evaluation committees for research projects. He has participated in a variety of national and international projects and collaborates with universities, institutes and dairy producer organizations.
